Today, we’re announcing the 20 grantees of the 2024 Tech Equity Collective Impact Fund — a $1 million commitment to organizations driving equity in the tech industry. These 20 organizations are at the forefront of creating a more inclusive tech ecosystem for aspiring Black technical talent through reskilling, upskilling and training programs.
The Tech Equity Collective Impact Funds acknowledges the need for equitable representation and inclusion in the industry, and we’re committed to empowering organizations that are actively providing aspiring talent with the resources and support they need to thrive. The TEC Impact Fund provides:
- Non-dilutive financial support: $50,000 in non-dilutive funding to fortify initiatives and upskill emerging technical talent from underrepresented communities.
- Organizational development programming: Monthly virtual seminars to accelerate organizational growth — featuring topics such as leadership and fundraising — led by industry thought leaders and practitioners.
- A valuable community: Exclusive access to Tech Equity Collective’s vibrant community of industry experts and peer organizations.
