Meet the 16 grantees of the Tech Equity Collective Impact Fund

Tech Equity Collective (TEC), an initiative started by Google to accelerate Black innovation in the tech industry, is announcing 16 selected organizations of the 2023 TEC Impact Fund. The TEC Impact Fund is a $1 million commitment to a “village” of largely Black-owned and led organizations dedicated to forging career pathways for aspiring Black technical talent. Selected organizations will receive between $30,000 and $75,000 in grants rewards to support training and career development programs for aspiring Black technical professionals.

TEC partnered with GoodieNation to support the build and roll out of The TEC Impact Fund. Organizations joining the Tech Equity Collective and Goodie Nation community will have access to additional resources, including strategic, programmatic and operational support.
