To make sure the mission resonates beyond Google, we\u2019ve partnered with other tech companies and community organizations to create new career pathways for emerging Black tech innovators and technologists. Innovation is fueled by investment, and so last year TEC launched the Tech Equity Collective Impact Fund to provide support for organizations actively advancing Black technical talent.<\/p>\n<p data-block-key=\"9eqk0\">Today, we\u2019re announcing that applications for the second cycle of the TEC Impact Fund are open \u2014 and we\u2019re encouraging organizations seeking to drive equitable access in the tech industry to apply.<\/p>\n<p data-block-key=\"16rc5\">The TEC Impact Fund \u2014 from an initial pool of $1 million \u2014 will provide support to 20 grantees along with a trove of industry resources and expertise from the Tech Equity Collective.<\/p>\n<p data-block-key=\"9vck4\">Selection as an Impact Fund grantee includes:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li data-block-key=\"21f\"><b>Non-dilutive financial support:<\/b> $50K in non-dilutive funding to fortify initiatives and upskill aspiring and emerging Black technical talent.<\/li>\n<li data-block-key=\"asd3m\"><b>Enhanced strategy and operations:<\/b> Monthly virtual seminars to accelerate organizational growth \u2014 featuring topics such as leadership and fundraising \u2014 led by industry thought leaders and practitioners.<\/li>\n<li data-block-key=\"48mn9\"><b>A valuable community:<\/b> Exclusive access to Tech Equity Collective\u2019s vibrant community of industry experts, advisors, and peer organizations committed to uplifting Black talent in tech. Grantees will collaborate, share resources, and tap into collective intelligence to multiply their impact.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p data-block-key=\"8odl6\">Last year\u2019s grantees, including ColorStack and Diversiboard, affirm the TEC Impact Fund\u2019s transformative impact on the communities they serve, citing scaled efforts, empowered leadership and subsequent fundraising.
