To send an HD photo, select an image from your chat composer, then turn the HD toggle on and tap Send. Tap on additional photos to send multiple in HD, then tap Send.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"jetpack-slideshow-noscript robots-nocontent\">This slideshow requires JavaScript.<\/p>\n<h2>Create Shared Albums With Friends<\/h2>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">From chats about a recent spring break trip, to your grandma\u2019s 80th birthday celebration, you can now create albums of photos and videos to share, organize and reminisce over the best memories and moments.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">To create a new album in a group chat:<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Select multiple photos from your chat composer<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Tap Create album (you can also long press a photo in the chat and tap Create album)<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">To add to an existing album, tap Add to album<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">To rename the album:\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Tap Album\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Tap the three dot menu<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Tap Edit Name<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Confirm new album name<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">From there, everyone in the chat can view, add, delete and download pictures and videos from the album. To locate the album at any time, tap on your group chat name then tap Media. This feature will be rolling out over the coming weeks.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"jetpack-slideshow-noscript robots-nocontent\">This slideshow requires JavaScript.<\/p>\n<h2>Add New Connections With a QR Code<\/h2>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Now you don\u2019t have to type out someone\u2019s name or number to add them on Messenger \u2013 you can easily connect with folks by scanning their Messenger QR code or sharing yours via a link.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">To start a message thread with a new connection, go to your Settings and tap the QR code icon at the top. When you\u2019re in a Messenger chat, tap the + button and then select a file up to 100MB.
