Shruti Dube has been appointed as the UK Country Director at Meta and will officially take on her new role from March 2025. This follows Derya Matras recently <\/span>moving into her new role<\/span><\/a> as Vice President for Europe, the Middle East and Africa.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n Shruti has been a key part of Meta\u2019s EMEA team for nearly a decade, holding leadership roles including Group Vertical Director for the UK and Ireland and most recently EMEA Sales Strategy & Operations Director. Prior to Meta, she worked at McKinsey & Company and Sequoia Capital, focusing on strategy, innovation, and venture capital in the tech industry. She holds an MBA with High Distinction from Harvard Business School and a dual degree in Computer Science and Engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology.<\/span><\/p>\n \u201cWe\u2019re delighted to have Shruti Dube leading our UK business.
