Over the years, Facebook evolved to meet changing needs and created best-in-class experiences across Groups, Video, Marketplace and more, but the magic of friends has fallen away. We\u2019ll be adding several \u201cOG\u201d Facebook experiences throughout the year, beginning with the revamped Friends tab.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<h2>A New Friends Tab<\/h2>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">We want to make it easier for people to find their friends\u2019 content on Facebook. <\/span>So starting today in the United States and Canada, the new Friends tab provides an experience made up entirely of content from your Facebook friends.<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Formerly a place to view friend requests and People You May Know, the Friends tab will now show your friends\u2019 stories, reels, posts, birthdays and friend requests.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/about.fb.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/03\/01_FriendsTabDemo.gif\"><img loading=\"lazy\" data-recalc-dims=\"1\" loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-43144\" src=\"https:\/\/about.fb.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/03\/01_FriendsTabDemo.gif?resize=960%2C836\" alt=\"Demo for how to use the new Friends tab\" width=\"960\" height=\"836\"\/><\/a><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">The Friends tab is available initially through the navigation bar on your home Feed and can always be accessed in the Bookmarks section of the app.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">To pin the Friends tab from there:<\/span><\/p>\n<ol>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Click your profile picture in the Home feed.\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Click \u201cSettings &amp; Privacy,\u201d \u201cSettings\u201d and then \u201cTab bar.\u201d\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Choose to customize the bar, then click \u201cFriends\u201d and pin the tab.\u00a0\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/about.fb.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/03\/02_Pin-a-Tab.gif\"><img loading=\"lazy\" data-recalc-dims=\"1\" loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-43145\" src=\"https:\/\/about.fb.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/03\/02_Pin-a-Tab.gif?resize=960%2C836\" alt=\"How to pin a tab to Facebook\" width=\"960\" height=\"836\"\/><\/a><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Social media should feel social.
