class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"smarter-source-protection-with-auto-block-tool-enhancements\"\/>Smarter Source Protection with Auto-Block Tool Enhancements\u00a0<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"\/><\/h3>\n<p>To help maintain healthy traffic quality and prevent underperforming sources from affecting system performance, we\u2019ve upgraded the Auto-Block Tool logic within the Source Settings.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>Now, when a source is automatically capped at 100 QPS due to low fill rate, this limit becomes temporarily uneditable until the source improves and is removed from quarantine.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>When a new source goes live, the system monitors its performance for the first 7 days.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>If the average fill rate stays below 0.02 while ad requests exceed 500K over the last 5 days, the source enters quarantine and receives a notice.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>After 10 days, if the fill rate is still below 0.02, the system automatically limits the source to 100 QPS.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>A follow-up check runs after 3 more days:\u00a0<\/p>\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>If the fill rate recovers (above 0.02), the source is excluded from quarantine and the QPS field becomes editable again.\u00a0<\/li>\n<li>If not, the limit stays locked, and the system continues to recheck the source every 3 days.\u00a0<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>\ud83d\udccd Where to system now handles this automatically.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>You\u2019ll always see the 100 QPS limit displayed in your dashboard, but it will remain locked until the source\u2019s performance improves. This helps ensure better overall traffic quality and more stable fill rates across your inventory.\u00a0<\/p>\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"updated-default-parameters-for-desktop-tag-based-sources\"\/>Updated Default Parameters for Desktop Tag-Based Sources\u00a0<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"\/><\/h3>\n<p>We\u2019ve adjusted how new desktop tag-based sources are created to make setup smoother and tracking more accurate.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>The old content_page_url=[replace_me] parameter is no longer included automatically.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>\ud83d\udccd Where to find it:\u00a0<br \/><strong>Tag-Based Source Settings (Desktop) \u2192 Tag Constructor \u2192 VAST Tag\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Now you get<strong> <\/strong>cleaner tag setup and better URL parameter handling for new desktop sources.\u00a0<\/p>\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"%e2%80%98native-supply-and-demand-type-now-visible-for-adops-user-roles\"\/>\u2018Native\u2019 Supply and Demand Type Now Visible for AdOps User Roles\u00a0<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"\/><\/h3>\n<p>We\u2019ve updated permissions for the AdOps role. A preview appears after upload.
