We do this by offering low risk, strategic, hands-on support across sales and marketing, essentially acting as an extension of our clients\u2019 teams to help them attract more advertisers and drive adoption.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li><strong>What did you do before you started this position?<\/strong>\n<p>For the past 3 and a half years I have been leading Tripadvisor\u2019s self-serve platform \u2018Tripadvisor Ad Express\u2019 from London. It was great getting the chance to see it grow from a small two person initiative into a global team of over 10 people across sales, marketing and development. Before that, I set up what is now the Account Management team at DanAds, so it feels great to be back!\u00a0<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li><strong>What inspired you to pursue a career in adtech?\u00a0<\/strong>\n<p>It\u2019s hard to pinpoint exactly what drew me to AdTech. I\u2019ve always wanted to work in an industry that pushes the boundaries of technology, and advertising offers the chance to collaborate with some of the most innovative and successful organisations in the world.\u00a0<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li><strong>What\u2019s the best thing about being part of the DanAds team?\u00a0<\/strong>\n<p>The people! DanAds has an eclectic mix of talented individuals from all over the world, and everyone has a voice in shaping where we go next.
