A lot of growth work is just \u201cbeing out there.\u201d The lazy version of that is spam \u2014 Claude generating \u201c9 best customer support AI agents 2026\u201d for the 150th time.<\/p>\n

It won\u2019t work. It assumes the labs are stupid. They don\u2019t make money from ads, and they definitely don\u2019t make money from their agents being unreliable.<\/p>\n

So what are OpenAI and Gemini optimizing their agents for? Higher quality, faster, cheaper. Not hard to guess.<\/p>\n

If you wanna grow, make ChatGPT look good.<\/strong><\/p>\n

Took me a while to land there. I was wired on what used to work.<\/p>\n
