Of course, without adhering to business ethics, harmonic cooperation is not possible and involved parties will gain nothing. Therefore, we want to again emphasize our attitude on disclosing data to third parties, in other words, involved Parties (Data* provider – SCANNN Ltd and Data* receiver – Client) will not disclose obtained data to third parties without mutual agreement.
Parties commit to keep all data confidential. Disclosure to third parties or publication of such confidential information is permitted only after written agreement of both Parties, except if parties have agreed differently. Obtained/submitted data are not considered as confidential if they have become public through information sources unrelated to involved Parties.
