Twenty new landing pages. Here’s the workflow:
Demand → Cluster → Mismatch → Brief → Build → QA → Ship.
Claude analyzes keyword demand, clusters intent, finds where the current page fails the person actually searching, and turns that into a brief. Claude Design takes the brief surprisingly far into the build.
That path used to touch marketing, creative, analytics, and web. Four functions, one page at a time.
Now I carry it nearly the whole way. Our web developer handles what still needs wiring.
Claude Design’s final version is not the final version. I run every page through scripts designed to strip the slop – generic copy, padding, the repetition that creeps in. Then I review it. Usually several passes.
Then the unglamorous last mile: CMS, forms, tracking, integrations, go-live. Some of it automates. Some doesn’t. It matters just as much as the strategy.
Twenty pages. Two people. One week.
That’s the number that changes the economics.
