Who can actually use an @ether_fi card?

It’s not just another crypto card.

Depending on how you use your money, ether.fi/@nikiton Cash can work very differently:

ETH holder
• Borrow Mode: spend vs weETH, don’t sell ETH. Staking ~3–4% still accrues.
• ~55% LTV, variable Aave v4 rate, no grace period.
• Daily spend: Direct Pay from USDC / LiquidUSD, 0% borrow interest.
• Core: 3% on first $2k/mo, then 1% / 0.5%. $1,500 spend ≈ $45 back.
• Not selling ≠ no tax.

IT specialist
• Cursor, GitHub, Figma, AWS, Notion, coworking normal Visa.
• $200–800/mo fits Core’s 3% band. $500 subs ≈ $15 back.
• Apple / Google Pay. Virtual card after KYC, physical later.
• No CEX → bank wait. Fund USDC, spend.
• Core: 3 virtual cards (work / personal / cloud).
• KYC. NL, FI, EE, HU and some US states often blocked.

AI user
• ChatGPT, Claude, Cursor, Midjourney, GPUs / Visa merchants.
• Code Nikiton: 10% cashback on Anthropic & OpenAI. Promo, not the base 3%.
• No code = 3% on first $2k/mo. With code = 10% while the timer runs.
• $20 ChatGPT → $2. $100 Claude → $10. $200 stack → $20.
• Separate virtual cards per tool. One leak → freeze one card.
• Bills pull USDC from the vault. No monthly ETH sale.
• $20/mo and no code → a bank card is simpler.

Freelancer / remote
• Client USDC → vault → card. No CEX, no SWIFT lag.
• Core daily cap ~$30k.
• Freeze, limits, history in-app.
• Living + tools stay in 3% up to $2k/mo.
• Income is still taxable.

Founder / solo business
• Ads, domains, Vercel, CRM / one Visa rail.
• Virtual cards: Core 3, Luxe 5, Pinnacle 50.
• Ops: Direct Pay from stables.
• Keep treasury ETH; Borrow Mode has rate + liquidation risk.
• Luxe: 3% up to $10k/mo.

Traveler
• Visa Signature: purchase protection / warranty up to $10k, rental, concierge.
• EUR often 0% extra FX. Other FX ~0–1%.
• Apple Pay + physical card for hotels.
• Etherfi Travel: up to 5% on their hotels, not all Booking.
• ATM 2%, $250/day.
• Airport lounge is pay-as-you-go, not unlimited Priority Pass.

Privacy-conscious:
• Non-custodial vault. Not an exchange or bank balance.
• You sign. They don’t custody the funds.
• KYC still: ID, selfie, sometimes address.
• Control of assets, not hidden identity.

Whether you’re holding ETH, working remotely, paying for AI tools, running a business or just spending stablecoins day to day, there’s a setup that fits.

Different users, different ways to use it.
